At the Toshiba National Dealers Meeting in Palm Springs, California, Toshiba Telecommunication Systems presented Nova Voice and Data, Inc. with the 2006 to 2007 Outstanding Sales Achievement Award for National Account Sales. At this ceremony, it was announced that Nova was the largest national accounts dealer in the region. Jim Gibson, President and C.E.O. of Nova, accepted this award from the president of Toshiba in front of over four hundred of his fellow Toshiba dealers.

National account customers have multiple locations. Naturally, these accounts require significantly more service than accounts operating out of a single location. Only three of these awards are given out every two years, which goes to show the exemplary commitment that Nova provides its customers. In fact, Nova has designed and installed over five thousand voice and data systems for its national accounts alone, accounts such as Petco and Ameriquest Mortgage.

Nova is the recognized leader in national accounts and has installed voice and data cabling in every U.S. state. In fact, one summer Nova installed more systems in New York City than in its entire home state of California. Nova uses specially designed software to manage installations in multiple locations all over the country and contracts with two hundred and fifty other companies to ensure that these installations are completed quickly and efficiently.

In May of 2005, Nova received the Breakthrough! Award for Outstanding Sales Achievement for Government Account Sales in the Western Area. This award was presented by Toshiba Digital Solutions and only three of them were given out over a two year period. Some of the government enterprises that Nova has provided service to are the United States Marine Corps, the Navy, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Nova has an approved GSA contract, which allows it to sell directly to all government agencies and their authorized buyers.

In the spring of 2004, Nova was named one of the Top Ten Elite Dealers for Oaisys Computer Telephony Solutions, Inc. Oaisys is a company that develops customer interaction solutions for large call centers/ACDs as well as small to medium sized businesses. Not only was Nova one of the company’s top ten elite dealers, it was the number one Oaisys dealer for 2004. This means that Nova provided more call center and ACD solutions than any other dealer. Nova also can design and install call centers for you.

In June of 1998, Nova was presented with the Pillars of Success Award for Outstanding Sales Achievement for Business Telephone Systems in the Western Area. This award was presented by the Toshiba Telecommunication Systems Division and only three were given out over a two year period. Toshiba is the third largest manufacturer of telephone equipment in the United States and Nova is a top Toshiba dealer with proven results.

Another prestigious award that Nova received was the Outstanding Sales Achievement Award for National Accounts in the Western Area. Nova received this commendation in October of 1996 and it was presented by the Toshiba America Information Systems Telecommunication Systems Division. As with all the other awards Nova received from Toshiba, only three of these were given out over a two year period. In fact, no other Toshiba dealer in the western United States has received more awards than Nova. Additionally, Nova has received more awards than any other telecom company in southern California.

Nova Voice and Data Systems, Inc has installed 100's of locations for Petco Pet Stores throughout the United States. In Fact, Nova Voice & Data Systems, Inc designed unique software and hardware which has been installed in the majority of Petco stores which assists Petco in customer satisfaction in a unique way. Our Design and hardware actually cut the cost of each installation and at the same time added to customer satisfaction. Petco awarded us this plaque in honor of our excellent customer service.
