Nova Pro-active Service Agreement
A Nova Pro-active service agreement (PSA) is more than just an equipment warranty. A Nova PSA covers all of your Toshiba equipment and will act as a manufacturer’s extended equipment warranty. (see Toshiba’s warranty) The Nova PSA will also provide (non chargeable) labor for repair or replacement of Toshiba equipment failures.
The Nova PSA is also PRO-ACTIVE. What does pro-active mean for you?
Nova will visit your place of business two (2) times within the contract year for the purpose of:
- 1. Installing software updates from Toshiba for your system’s software release. Toshiba from time to time will release software up-dates for your telephone and voice mail software. Nova will install the up-dates.
- 2. Backing-up data base on the systems; telephone and voice mail (we don’t backup individual voice mail messages)
- 3. Check your system to insure optimal performance. (Toshiba Telephone systems are designed for battery back-up systems. Not all customers have batteries on their system. The PSA does not cover batteries or UPS systems.)
The Nova PSA also includes:
- 1. Trouble shooting phone company issues. From time to time the phone dial tone provider will require a phone tech to assist in trouble shooting problems. We will assist the phone company in identifying and fixing problems without charge to the customer. We will be your technical representative with the phone company.
- 2. Perform a phone bill optimization. Often dial tone providers lower the amount they charge for their service. We will provide information to you and help in securing lower prices or better service.
- 3. Order new phone company (dial tone) service at your request and coordinate the activation. (only with your approval)
- 4. Free printed designation strips for the telephone. After programming changes the printed designation strips need to be reprinted.
- 5. Priority scheduling. Your company will receive first priority over non-PSA customers. This will result in faster service.
- 6. Ten (10) hours of labor. (Normal business hours) The customer can decide how they would like to use their 10 hours.
- 7. Discount on additional equipment. 25% off MSRP
- 8. Discount on labor. With an active PSA you are eligible to purchase 10 hour block of labor at a discounted rate of $90.00 per hour. A $30.00 discount from our normal rates.
- 9. Free video training refresher or for new employees. Also free telephone user guides.
